HIPE Set Up Cost
There is an initial set-up fee that covers the cost of the initial consultation, scoping design requirements and for the customisation of HIPE to meet those requirements and initial training. This set-up fee is negotiated with your organisation. An average cost is NZ$5,000.
There is also an ongoing monthly license plan fee based on the number of athlete profiles you require.

Notes
- License Plans can be upgraded or reduced to suit your requirement, however a minimum 20-athlete license plan must be maintained.
- License plans must be purchased for a minimum of 12 months as per the rental agreement.
- License Plans above 100 can be provided on request.
- Disk Space and Traffic usage will be closely monitored to ensure minimal impact on day-to-day operations.
- There are no restrictions on the number of 'other' profiles under any license plan, only athletes i.e. national coaches, coaches, physio, ace advisors etc.
